Just a reliable pick for a short stay in General Luna with excellent value for money. The staff sent us fresh fruit after a delay during check-in, which was a nice touch.

Breathtaking views, but room issues

Waking up to panoramic sea views each morning was a highlight. The beach is just steps away, making it a perfect spot for surf lovers. Plus, local eateries are conveniently nearby!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making sleep uncomfortable. The bathroom was cramped and desperately needed updates on its fixtures.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning unit was outdated and uncomfortably noisy. I also experienced poor service, with staff members showing little care for welcoming guests.

The local eats around the corner are a culinary treasure! I absolutely loved diving into the fresh seafood dinners and sampling the amazing dishes at The Surch Siargao just a short walk away. Additionally, my queen room offered breathtaking sea views every morning and the shuttle service to the airport was seriously comfortable.

kesa cloud 9 hotel & resort siargao has an ideal location right by the cloud 9 boardwalk. you can walk out the door and be right at the pier. the room was spacious, and the view from our room each day was absolutely stunning. one staff member was especially sweet and helpful, making our stay even better.

This place is super convenient—just a hop to the boardwalk! Our queen room had an epic sea view, and there were awesome food options nearby. The staff is hit or miss, though. we had one lady go above and beyond, while another seemed a bit distracted. The Wi-Fi could use some work.
